  • What happens if I want to change my Bootcamp?

    If you purchase one Bootcamp but decide you’d prefer a different option, you can switch to another Bootcamp at any time as long as you haven’t used any part of your package yet. Once services have been started, swaps are no longer permitted.



  • Can I customize or break apart a Bootcamp package?

    Due to the already discounted nature of the packages, we cannot:


    • Break packages apart into individual services.
    • Exchange specific services for treatments that are not already included in the Bootcamp lineup.

  • Can I purchase neck treatments only?

    No. Neck treatments cannot be purchased as a standalone option. The neck add-on is available only with the purchase of a full-face Bootcamp package.

  • What does the $1,200 neck add-on include?

    The $1,200 add-on applies neck treatments to all services in your Bootcamp package. This ensures comprehensive care for both your face and neck throughout your Bootcamp journey.



  • What is included in the Bootcamp price?

    The Bootcamp price covers all sessions and services listed in your chosen package. Each Bootcamp is tailored to specific skin concerns, and the services are bundled to deliver maximum results at an incredible value.

  • Are there any additional costs?

    The only additional cost is if you choose to add neck treatments to your package for $1,200. Otherwise, there are no hidden fees—the price you see is the price you pay!

  • Do I have to pay upfront?

    Yes, Bootcamp packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Financing options like Cherry and CareCredit are available for those who qualify.
