Meet Hailey, one of Windermere Medical Spa & Laser Institute's passionate Skin Princesses® who turned her personal skincare struggles into a mission to help others feel confident and radiant. After her own battle with acne inspired her to enter the aesthetics industry, Hailey has dedicated herself to creating transformative experiences for every client who sits in her treatment chair.
With a year of hands-on experience and a growing expertise in result-driven treatments, Hailey specializes in anti-aging and acne solutions. She's currently pursuing certification as an acne specialist and will soon be offering microneedling services—always expanding her skillset to bring the latest and most effective treatments to her clients.
Hailey's favorite treatment to perform? The Deluxe DiamondGlow facial. She loves watching clients leave feeling clean, glowing, and refreshed. Her approach combines chemical peels, specialized facial massage techniques to stimulate circulation and relaxation, and gentle, personalized care tailored to each individual's unique skin needs.

Brittnee's journey into skincare began during her years in the dance and performing industry, where wearing heavy stage makeup for long hours inspired her to prioritize skin health. That personal experience ignited her mission: helping others feel confident in their own skin while teaching the importance of proper skincare.
With extensive training in advanced treatments, Brittnee specializes in Tixel, LaseMD, microneedling, DiamondGlow, laser hair removal, VI Peel, Cosmelan Peel, BioRePeel, and hands-on luxury facials. Her true passion? Working with melasma—a condition she personally manages and deeply understands, allowing her to provide empathetic, results-driven care for clients facing the same challenge.
