Bianca Levine
Bianca has been in the aesthetics industry for seven years, blending her background in medical aesthetics and esthetics to create transformative skincare experiences for her clients. Her expertise in both clinical and spa treatments allows her to design customized facials and skin treatments that enhance hydration, radiance, and overall skin health.
With training in Biologique Recherche, SkinPen Microneedling, BiorePeel, and medical-grade skincare, Bianca is passionate about helping clients achieve glowing, dewy skin while making skincare fun, approachable, and effective. She believes that great skin starts with the right routine and consistency, and she loves educating her clients on the best ways to care for their skin beyond the treatment room.
Bianca’s favorite part of her job? Helping clients feel confident in their skin. She understands that skincare is deeply personal and strives to create an experience where every client feels heard, cared for, and empowered.

Karen Menendez
Karen Menendez brings over a decade of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical aesthetics to her role as one of Windermere’s Skin Princesses®. Her career began in 2011 as a medical assistant in dermatology, where she discovered how transformative proper skin health can be—not only for a person’s complexion, but for their confidence and overall wellness. Inspired by this, she became a licensed esthetician in 2020, combining her love of science, wellness, and artistry to deliver personalized, results-driven treatments.
Karen is certified in SkinPen® Microneedling, VI Peel®, BioRePeel, and DiamondGlow®, and she is also skilled in performing our signature W Facials and Biologique Recherche® HeadSpa therapies, especially for members enrolled in BB On Repeat. Her range of expertise allows her to address everything from texture, pigmentation, and aging to scalp health and relaxation rituals. Known for her patient-centered approach, she customizes every treatment through in-depth consultations and advanced protocols, ensuring each client feels seen, supported, and empowered on their skincare journey.
Some of Karen’s favorite treatments to perform include microneedling, DiamondGlow facials, medical-grade chemical peels, and W Signature Facials—therapies that create visible, lasting improvements while restoring confidence. She believes in the 80/20 philosophy: 80% of results come from consistent at-home care, while 20% are achieved with advanced in-clinic treatments. Karen is passionate about educating her patients, simplifying routines, and showing that less is more when it comes to skincare.
Outside of the treatment room, Karen recharges with self-care rituals like warm baths infused with essential oils, and she loves spending beach days with her family. A fun fact? She’s a twin!
